Living in Bilston
Bilston is a small village with some local shops and further amenites available at nearby Roslin, Loanhead and Penicuik. Also in the area is the Straition retail park with excellent shopping facilities including a Sainsburys supermarket.
There is a regular public transport service to Edinburgh and surrounding areas and the area has easy access to the city bypass making it an excellent commuter choice. Nearby is the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies, Easter Bush, Roslin.
