Baberton is located on the western outskirts of the City Of Edinburgh and lies on the left bank of the Water of Leith which provides picturesque walks together with further countryside walks around the Pentland Hills.
Baberton is a prime residential area and boasts a strong village community environment with good local shops and amenities, schooling, golf course, play park and tennis courts. There are regular bus services to and from the City of Edinburgh and the area is well placed for commuting by way of the City Bypass/M9/M8.
