Angela, our Property Valuations Manager, joined the company in 2015 and is based in the Bruntsfield office. She visits potential sellers at their home and offers a pre-sale market valuation on their property, as well as offering advice on presentation to ensure the house looks the best it can for marketing. Buying and selling can often seem daunting to those new to the property market, so she chats through the process from start to finish and guides our clients through the minefield that sometimes it can be.
Angela has an extensive knowledge of Edinburgh and the Lothians, and has lived in Gorebridge for over 40yrs. Gorebridge is a thriving mining village which has grown over the last ten years introducing lots of new build properties along with new primary and nursery schools. If you are looking for a great balance between the beautiful countryside setting and a short commute to the city (the borders railway link has made a huge difference with a station in Gorebridge making the commute to the city so quick and easy) then Gorebridge is a place to strongly consider.
Angela is fortunate to live near her children, now they have grown up and fled the nest, so spends most of her spare time reading, walking and having fun with her granddaughter and her new puppy Bruno.
