Kim McIntosh is a Property Manager in our Penicuik Office and has an abundance of knowledge when it comes to the Edinburgh property market. Having initally worked as a valuer for Allan McDougall, before the firms merged in 2017, she is ideally placed to help you when buying or selling your home.
Kim lives in Gorebridge with her husband and family and loves the area. Surrounded by countryside and farms, as well as only a mile from Vogrie Country Park, the area has lots of nice walks and outdoor activities. Gorebridge is also only a 5 minute walk to the Borders Railway Station which makes commuting to Edinburgh less than 30 mins.
As well as walking the hills and staying in bothies in the beautiful Scottish countryside, Kim enjoys socialising with friends and spending time with her grandchildren. She also likes to raise money for charity and last year she abseiled down the Forth Rail Bridge – an amazing experience, but perhaps not something she will be repeating in the near future!
